Is the inoperative mirror the LH outside rearview mirror?

1. Disconnect the LH outside rearview mirror wiring harness connector.
2. Using a test light, probe between B+ and the LH outside rearview mirror harness connector (male side) terminal A.
3. Set the outside mirror select switch to LH mirror.
4. Press and hold the outside remote control rearview mirror switch to the LEFT position.

Does the test light illuminate?

Replace the outside remote control rearview mirror switch. Refer to Power Mirror Switch Replacement for service procedure.

1. Disconnect the RH outside rearview mirror wiring harness connector.
2. Using a test light, probe between B+ and the RH outside rearview mirror harness connector (male side) terminal A .
3. Set the outside mirror select switch to RH mirror.
4. Press and hold the outside remote control rearview mirror switch to LEFT.

Does the test light illuminate?

Replace the mirror motor pack. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Motor Replacement for service procedure.
