FRONT STRUT DAMPENER SHAFT NUT TORQUE CHANGE

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1985 'C' Series Vehicles ------------------------

The front. suspension strut dampener shaft nut torque has been changed from 100 N.m (74 ft. lbs.) to 60 N.m (44 ft.lbs.). This change should be noted on Page 3C(c)-10, Step 7 of the 1985 'C' Series Service Manual.
