| • | The interior courtesy lamps stay ON with all of the doors
closed. |
| • | The instrument panel (I/P) dimmer switch is OFF. |
| • | The interior lamps override switch is on (the interior courtesy lights
are enabled). |
| • | None of the interior lighting modes are activated. |
| • | The inadvertent load (battery rundown) protection does not turn OFF the
interior courtesy lights after 10 minutes. |

- Disconnect the body control module (BCM) connector C1.
- Use a DMM in order to measure the voltage between the BCM harness connector C1
terminal E and ground.
Is the voltage within the specified range?
| Less than 2 V

- Turn OFF all of the roof rail reading lamps.
- Close the sunshade mirror covers.
- Use a DMM in order to measure the resistance between the BCM harness
connector C1 terminal F and ground.
Is the resistance within the specified range?

- Reconnect the BCM connector C1.
- Turn the ignition switch from LOCK to RUN, then back to LOCK.
- Turn the I/P dimmer switch to the DOME position for 10 minutes.
