Tip

•	Set the parking brake.

•	With the engine OFF, shift the transmission into Neutral.

•	Do NOT twist or turn the knob during removal or installation, as it will break the spring.

•	To remove, firmly pull knob up off shift control lever.

•	To install, firmly push knob down onto shift control lever.
