Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 428231 Size: SH
  1. Remove the amplifier in order to gain access to the left rear speaker. Refer to Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector.
  3. Remove the push pin retainers (1).
  4. Remove the left speaker.
    5. 4.1. Lower the speaker.
    4.2. Rotate the speaker 90 degrees.
    4.3. Tilt the speaker to remove through the opening in the amplifier bracket.
  5. Lower the right speaker to remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 428231 Size: SH
  1. Align the right speaker to the speaker opening.

    2. Install the push pin retainers (1).


    Object Number: 555449 Size: SH
  2. Install the left speaker.
    3. 2.1. Tilt the speaker (1).
    2.2. Slide the speaker through the opening in the amplifier bracket (3).
    2.3. Turn the speaker 90 degrees.
  3. Install the push pin retainers (2).
  4. Connect the speaker electrical connectors.
  5. Install the amplifier. Refer to Radio Speaker Amplifier Replacement .
