Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 368748 Size: SH
  1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement in Engine Electrical.
  2. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  3. Disconnect the coolant level sensor electrical connector.

    4. Important: In order to unlock the coolant level sensor, lift one leg of the snap clip from its locked position and pull outward with a slight twisting motion.

  4. Remove the coolant level sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 368748 Size: SH
  1. Lubricate the O-ring seal with coolant.
  2. Place the snap clip leg in place.
  3. Install the coolant level sensor.
  4. Connect the coolant level sensor electrical connector to the coolant level sensor.
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  6. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement in Engine Electrical.
