Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Carpet Retainer Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear carpet retainer. Refer to Rear Carpet Retainer Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 316195 Size: SH
  3. Remove the door weatherstrip from the center pillar pinch weld flange to expose the lower trim panel.
  4. Starting at the base, grasp the trim panel firmly with both hands. Pull the panel away from the center pillar.
  5. Remove the seat belt from the slot in the lower trim panel.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the seat belt to the slot in the lower trim panel.

    2. Object Number: 316195 Size: SH
  2. Position the lower trim panel to the center pillar.
  3. Push firmly on the lower trim panel in order to seat the retainers.
  4. Install the front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Carpet Retainer Replacement .
  5. Install the rear carpet retainer. Refer to Rear Carpet Retainer Replacement .
  6. Install the door weatherstrip to the center pillar.
