The BCM controls the following courtesy lamps when the door switch is ON and an door is opened:

| • | The inside rear view mirror lamps | 
| • | The cargo lamp | 
| • | The roof rail reading lamp, LH | 
| • | The roof rail reading lamp, RH | 
| • | The sunshade lighted vanity mirror lamps, LH | 
| • | The sunshade lighted vanity mirror lamps, LH | 
The BCM monitors all but the sunshade lighted vanity mirror lamps for a open in the ground circuit.
Voltage supplied to the module is in the normal operating range (approximately 10-16V).
| • | The BCM detects an open in the controlled ground circuit of the courtesy lamps. | 
| • | The condition is present for more then 3 ms. | 
The BCM stores DTC B1354 in memory.
