Removal Procedure
- Remove the sunroof window panel from the sunroof module. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
- Fully close the sunshade.
- From the top of the vehicle, use your thumbs to push the sunshade retainers towards the center of the vehicle.
- Lift upward and slightly forward on the sunshade to clear the rear brace.
- Remove the sunshade from the sunroof module.
Installation procedure
- From the outside of the vehicle, install the front of one side of the sunshade retainers into the sunshade track.
- Lower the sunshade to clear the rear brace then install the rear retainer into the track.
- While pushing in the sunshade retainers push down and position the opposite side retainers into sunshade track.
- Inspect the sunshade for proper operation.
- Install the sunroof window panel. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
