Side Marker Lamp Replacement Oldsmobile

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Remove the front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
3. Remove the side fascia reinforcements. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.



4. Remove the retainers (2).
5. Remove the front sidemarker lamps (1) from the fascia.
6. Turn the socket in a counterclockwise direction in order to remove the sockets from the lamps (1).
7. Remove the bulb from the socket.

1. Install the bulb into the socket.
2. Turn the socket in a clockwise direction in order to install the socket to the front sidemarker lamp (1).
3. Install the front sidemarker lamp (1) to the fascia.
4. Install the retainers (2).
5. Install the side fascia reinforcements. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.
6. Install the front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.

Side Marker Lamp Replacement Buick

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
2. Remove the front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
3. Remove the side fascia reinforcements. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.



4. Remove the retainers (2).
5. Remove the front sidemarker lamps (1) from the fascia.
6. Turn the socket in a counterclockwise direction in order to remove the sockets from the lamps (1).
7. Remove the bulb from the socket.

1. Install the bulb into the socket.
2. Turn the socket in a clockwise direction in order to install the socket to the front sidemarker lamp (1).
3. Install the front sidemarker lamp (1) to the fascia.
4. Install the retainers (2).
5. Install the side fascia reinforcements. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.
6. Install the front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
