Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 284613 Size: SH
  1. Open the fuel filler door (3).
  2. Remove the fuel cap retaining strap retainer from the fuel door.
  3. Remove the fuel cap from the vehicle.
  4. Remove the bolts (2) that retain the fuel filler door (3).
  5. Remove the fuel filler door (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 284613 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel filler door (3).
  2. Install the bolts (2) in order to retain the fuel filler door (3).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts (3) 7.5 N·m (66 lb in)

  3. Attach the fuel cap retaining strap to the fuel door.
  4. Screw the fuel cap onto the fuel filler neck.
  5. Close the fuel filler door (3).
  6. Verify proper operation.
