Removal Procedure
  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the rear compartment storage unit, if equipped. Refer to Rear Storage Compartment Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1527599 Size: SH
  3. Remove the push-in fasteners located at each end of the sill plate.
  4. Grasp the sill plate and pull upward, releasing the retaining clips securing the sill plate to the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1527599 Size: SH
  1. Position the sill plate within the vehicle.
  2. Push downward in order to engage the retaining clips.
  3. Install the push-in fasteners.
  4. Install the rear storage compartment, if equipped. Refer to Rear Storage Compartment Replacement .
  5. Close the liftgate.
