Washer Nozzle Replacement LHD

1. Open the hood.



2. Remove the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .



3. Disconnect the washer hose connections (2) from the washer nozzles.



4. Remove the washer nozzles from the hood by pushing the tension clips (2) in towards the windshield.
5. Push the washer nozzle (1), outward toward the windshield.
6. Remove the inoperative washer nozzle (2) from the hood.

1. Install the washer nozzle (1) to the hood by indexing the tension clips  (2) on the nozzle to the opening in the hood.
2. Push downward in order to secure the washer nozzle tension clips (2) to the hood.



3. Connect the washer hose connections (2) to the washer nozzles.



4. Install the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .
5. Close the hood.

Washer Nozzle Replacement Export-XA7 LHD

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .



3. Disconnect the washer hose connections (3, 6) from the washer nozzles.
4. Cut the electrical tape securing the electrical connector to the hood clip.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors (2, 5).



6. Remove the washer nozzles from the hood by pushing the tension clips (2) in towards the windshield.
7. Push the washer nozzle (3), outward toward the windshield.
8. Remove the washer nozzles (3) from the hood.

1. Position the electrical connector (1) through the opening in the hood.



2. Install the washer nozzles (3) to the hood by indexing the tension clips  (2) on the nozzle to the opening in the hood.
3. Push downward in order to secure the washer nozzle tension clips (2) to the hood.



4. Connect the electrical connectors (2, 5).
5. Secure the electrical connector to the hood clip with new electrical tape.
6. Connect the washer hose connections (3, 6) to the washer nozzles.



7. Install the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .
8. Close the hood.

Washer Nozzle Replacement Export RHD

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .



3. Disconnect the washer hose connections (3, 6) from the washer nozzles.
4. Cut the electrical tape from the electrical connector.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors (2, 5).



6. Remove the washer nozzles from the hood by pushing the tension clips (2) in towards the windshield.
7. Push the washer nozzle (3), outward toward the windshield.
8. Remove the washer nozzles (3) from the hood.

1. Position the electrical connector (1) through the opening in the hood.



2. Install the washer nozzles (3) to the hood by indexing the tension clips  (2) on the nozzle to the opening in the hood.
3. Push downward in order to secure the washer nozzle tension clips (2) to the hood.



4. Connect the electrical connectors (2, 5).
5. Install new electrical tape to the electrical connectors.
6. Connect the washer hose connections (3, 6) to the washer nozzles.



7. Install the hood insulator. Refer to Hood Insulator Replacement .
8. Close the hood.
