  1. Remove the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts.
  2. Remove the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.

    3. Object Number: 1665644 Size: SH
  3. Remove and discard the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly O-ring and gasket.

    4. Object Number: 902889 Size: SH
  4. Remove the thermostat housing assembly bolts.
  5. Remove the thermostat housing assembly.

    6. Object Number: 1665645 Size: SH
  6. Remove and discard the thermostat housing assembly O-ring and gasket.

    7. Object Number: 1665646 Size: SH
  7. Remove the thermostat housing bolts.
  8. Remove the thermostat housing.

    9. Object Number: 1665647 Size: SH
  9. Remove and discard the thermostat housing O-ring.
