Preliminary Procedures

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the transmission support. Refer to Transmission Support Replacement .
3. Lower the rear of the transmission.

8 N·m (71 lb in)

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical wire harness from the vehicle speed sensor.
