Was the Audible Warning System Check performed?

1. Place the key in the ignition.
2. Close the driver's door
3. Disconnect the front LH side door jamb switch

Is the key-in-igniton warning still activated?

Go to Step 4

1. Locate a short to ground in circuits RM1, RM2, or RM900.
2. Repair the short to ground in circuits RM1, RM2, or RM900.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Step 5

Replace the LH front side door jamb switch. Refer to . Door Jamb Switch Replacement in Doors.

1. Connect all connectors and components that were disconnected.
2. Verify that the key-in warning operates properly.
