Removal Procedure
  1. Remove door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 243409 Size: SH
  3. Remove the remote control handle:
    4. 3.1. Slide the handle forward.
    3.2. Pry up on the tab in order to disengage from the inner door.

  4. Remove the lock rod:
    5. 4.1. Unclip the rod from the guides.
    4.2. Unclip the guide from the lock.
    4.3. Remove the rod.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 243412 Size: SH
  1. Install the lock rod:
    2. 1.1. Clip the rod on the lock.
    1.2. Clip the rod on the guides.

  2. Slide the remote control handle rearward in order to lock into place.
  3. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
