Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Automatic Transmission.
  2. Drain the engine oil.

    3. Object Number: 53540 Size: SH
  3. Remove thirteen oil pan bolts and remove the pan.
  4. Discard the gasket , if present.

Installation Procedure
  1. Reseal the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation.
  2. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Automatic Transmission.
  3. Refill the engine oil.
