Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1660422 Size: SH
  1. Remove the surge tank nuts and push pin retainer.
  2. Remove the surge tank from the studs and position the tank aside.

    3. Object Number: 1660428 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine mount strut bolt.
  4. Remove the engine mount strut.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1660428 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine mount strut.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the engine mount strut bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1660422 Size: SH
  3. Position the surge tank to the studs.
  4. Install the surge tank nuts and push pin retainer.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
