This bulletin is being issued to REVISE the DeVille "R" Trim Height Specification in the Steering, Suspension, Wheels and Tires Diagnosis sub-section of the 1997 Service Manual and in the Suspension sub-section of the 1998-99 Service Manuals.
In addition, please ADD the Trim Height Specification Table to the Suspension sub-section of the 2000 Service Manual.
1997 -- Steering, Suspension, Wheels and Tires Diagnosis
Revise the Trim Height Specification Table to read as follows:
DeVille -- Wheel Opening R -- 686 mm (27 in).
1998 &1999 -- Suspension
Revise the Trim Height Specification Table to read as follows:
DeVille -- Wheel Opening R -- 686 mm (27 in).
Revise the Trim Height procedure, Step 9, to read as follows: *Clearance (4) should measure 686 mm (27 in) on the DeVille.
2000 -- Suspension
