The cruise control is a speed control system that maintains a desired vehicle speed under normal driving conditions. The electronic cruise control system has the capability perform the following functions:

| • | Resume speed |
| • | Accelerate |
| • | Tap-up |
| • | Tap-down |
Steep grades up or down may cause variations in the selected speeds.
The cruise control does not work at speeds below 40 km/h (25 mph).
The cruise control will shut off under the following conditions:
| • | When you apply the brake pedal. |
| • | When you turn the ignition switch to OFF. |
