This bulletin is being revised to update the correction, parts and warranty information. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 02-08-44-013 (Section 08-Body & Accessories).
Condition
Some customers with vehicles equipped with the Navigation System (RPO U3R), may comment on an intermittent loud hum/buzz noise coming from the rear speakers.
Cause
This condition may be due to the speaker amplifier not functioning properly.
Correction
Replace the existing radio speaker amplifier assembly with P/N 25756359. Refer to Amplifier Replacement (U57) in the Entertainment sub-section of the Service Manual for the replacement procedures.
