1. Turn the ignition to the ON position.
2. Connect the Scan Tool .

Are any of the DTCs present?

1. Note the DTCs.
2. Using the Scan Tool clear all of the DTCs.
3. Perform the Functional Check for the appropriate system.
4. Use the Scan Tool in order to test for the DTCs.
