| 1. | Flush the old fluid from the power steering system using new fluid. |
| 2. | Bleed the power steering system in order to remove any trapped air. |
| • | You may also use this procedure in cold climates, where temperatures are -12°C (10°F) or colder: |
| 1. | Flush the system. |
| 2. | Change the fluid. |
| 3. | Use Low Temperature Climate Service Fluid, GM P/N 12345866 or the equivalent. |
