Removal Procedure
  1. Open the fuel filler door.

    2. Object Number: 893614 Size: SH
  2. Remove the fuel tank filler pipe housing to expose the rivets.
  3. Drill out the rivets from the fuel filler door.
  4. Remove the fuel filler door from the quarter panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 893614 Size: SH
  1. Position the fuel filler door to the quarter panel.
  2. Use new rivets to install the fuel filler door to the quarter panel.
  3. Install the fuel tank filler pipe housing.
  4. Close the fuel filler door.
