Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 292114 Size: SH
  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the heater core/evaporator tube seal from the module.
  3. Remove the screws that retain the air inlet valve.
  4. Remove the air inlet valve from the module.

    5. Object Number: 297083 Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws that retain the upper evaporator case.
  6. Remove the upper evaporator case from the module.
  7. Remove the evaporator core the module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 297083 Size: SH
  1. Install the evaporator core to the module.
  2. Install the upper evaporator case to the module.
  3. Install the screws in order to retain the upper evaporator case to the module.
  4. Install the air inlet valve to the module.
  5. Install the screws in order to retain the air inlet valve to the module

    6. Object Number: 292114 Size: SH
  6. Install the heater core/evaporator tube seal to the module.
  7. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
