Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer toCloseout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left (RHD) in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Remove the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  3. Remove the DIM module bracket.

    4. Object Number: 297073 Size: SH
  4. Remove the electrical connector from the air inlet actuator.
  5. Remove the air inlet actuator retaining screws (1).

    6. Object Number: 292146 Size: SH
  6. Remove the air inlet actuator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 292146 Size: SH
  1. Install the air inlet actuator.

    2. Object Number: 297073 Size: SH
  2. Install the air inlet actuator retaining screws (1).
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the air inlet actuator.
  4. Install the DIM module bracket.
  5. Install the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  6. Install the left closeout/insulator panel. Refer toCloseout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left (RHD) in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
