Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1247980 Size: SH
  2. Remove the retaining screws at the bottom of the finish panel.

    3. Object Number: 1248021 Size: SH
  3. Remove the finish panel from the bracket by lifting upwards to disengage.

    4. Object Number: 1250845 Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat control switch knob from the finish panel by pulling the knob outward.

    5. Object Number: 1249383 Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat back switch knob from the finish panel by pulling the knob outward.

    6. Object Number: 1250877 Size: SH
  6. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the following switches in order from the finish panel:
    7. 6.1. The lumbar switch
    6.2. The seat control switch
    6.3. The memory switch
  7. Remove the finish panel.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the finish panel to the seat.

    2. Object Number: 1250877 Size: SH
  2. Install the following switches in order to the finish panel:
    3. 2.1. The memory switch
    2.2. The seat control switch
    2.3. The lumbar switch

    Object Number: 1249383 Size: SH
  3. Install the seat back switch knob to the finish panel by pushing the knob to engage the switch.

    4. Object Number: 1250845 Size: SH
  4. Install the seat control switch knob to the finish panel by pushing the knob to engage the switch.

    5. Object Number: 1248021 Size: SH
  5. Install the upper edge of the finish panel to the bracket and swing the panel downward to engage.

    6. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1247980 Size: SH
  6. Install the retaining screws at the bottom of the finish panel.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  7. Install the seat to the vehicle. Refer to Driver and Passenger Seat Replacement .
