Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 506778 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the lumbar plate cable (1) from the lumbar plate.

    4. Object Number: 506791 Size: SH
  4. Pull rearward on the lumbar plate corners to release it from the seat back frame.

    5. Object Number: 506820 Size: SH
  5. Remove the lumbar plate from the seat back frame.
  6. Remove the bucket seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .

    7. Object Number: 506827 Size: SH
  7. Remove the lumbar support cable clip.
  8. Remove the lumbar support cable from the side of the bucket seat cushion frame.

    9. Object Number: 506786 Size: SH
  9. Remove the lumbar support cable and housing from the bucket seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 506786 Size: SH
  1. Install the lumbar support cable and housing to the bucket seat cushion frame.

    2. Object Number: 506827 Size: SH
  2. Install the lumbar support cable to the side of the bucket seat cushion frame.
  3. Install the lumbar support cable clip.
  4. Install the bucket seat cushion cover and pad. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 506820 Size: SH
  5. Install the lumbar plate to the seat back frame.

    6. Object Number: 506791 Size: SH
  6. Snap the corners of the lumbar plate to the seat back frame.

    7. Object Number: 506778 Size: SH
  7. Connect the lumbar plate cable (1) to the lumbar plate.
  8. Install the seat back cover and pad to the seat back frame. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement .
  9. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
