Removal Procedure
- Remove the left body side  trim panel. Refer to 
Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side 
 in Interior Trim.
 
- Remove the cooling tube from the case and the motor.
 
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
 
- Remove the screws that retain the blower motor to the case.
 
- Remove the blower motor assembly from the case.
 
Installation Procedure
- Install the blower motor  assembly to the case.
 
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the screws  that retain the blower motor to the case.
 
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 4 N·m  (35 lb in).
- Connect the electrical connectors.
 
- Install the cooling tube to the motor and to the case.
 
- Install the left body side rear trim panel. Refer to 
Body Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side 
 in Interior  Trim.
