For 1990-2009 cars only
- Set the front wheels in the straight ahead position.
- Remove the steering wheel inflator module coil assembly.
- Hold the steering wheel inflator module coil assembly with the bottom up.
- Depress the spring lock to rotate the hub in the direction of the arrow until it stops.
- Rotate the coil hub in the opposite direction approximately 2½ turns.
The coil ribbon should be wound up snug against the center hub.
Release the spring lock between the locking tabs.
