Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement YC5 and YC6

1. Remove the armrests. Refer to Armrest Replacement .
2. Disconnect the 2 hook-and-loop fasteners at the bottom corners of the seat back.
3. Remove the trim cover and pad assembly from the seat back frame.

Important: Note the locations of the hog rings. This will assist with reassembly.

4. Remove the hog rings retaining the trim cover to the pad.
5. Remove the trim cover from the pad.

1. Install the trim cover to the pad.
2. Install the hog rings retaining the trim cover to the pad in the locations noted during disassembly.
3. Install the trim cover and pad assembly to the seat back frame.
4. Connect the 2 hook-and-loop fasteners at the bottom corner of the seat back.
5. Install the armrests. Refer to Armrest Replacement .

Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement YC7

1. Remove the headrest. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement .
2. Remove the armrests. Refer to Armrest Replacement .
3. Disconnect the hook-and-loop fasteners retaining the trim cover to the pad along the seat back break line.



4. Remove the trim cover from the seat back.
5. Remove the pad from the seat back frame.

1. Install the pad to the seat back frame.



2. Install the trim cover to the seat back.

Important: For the best finished appearance, proceed as follows when attaching the trim cover to the pad:

1. Center the trim cover on the pad.
2. Starting at the top and working down the sides, apply pressure along the break line. This helps attach the trim cover to the hook-and-loop fasteners.
3. Reset the hook-and-loop fasteners.
4. Install the armrests. Refer to Armrest Replacement .
5. Install the headrest. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement .
