2	Determine which turn signal indicator is inoperative. Is the left turn signal indicator inoperative?	--	Go to Step 3	Go to Step 6
3	Disconnect the instrument cluster. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position. Place the turn signal switch to the side of the inoperative indicator. Use a test lamp in order to probe the wire of the turn signal indicator at the instrument cluster connector CKT 14 (LT BLU) to ground. Does the test lamp light?	--	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 5
4	Repair or replace the instrument cluster as necessary. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console. Is the repair complete?	--	Go to Step 8	--
5	Repair the open in CKT 14 (LT BLU) between the instrument cluster and splice S211. Is the repair complete?	--	Go to Step 8	--
6	Place the turn signal switch to the right side inoperative indicator. Use a test lamp in order to probe the wire of the right turn signal indicator at the instrument cluster connector CKT 15 (DK BLU) to ground. Does the test lamp light?	--	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 7
7	Repair the open in CKT 15 (DK BLU) between the instrument cluster and splice S212. Is the repair complete?	--	Go to Step 8	--
8	Operate the system in order to verify the repair. Did you correct the condition?	--	System OK	Go to Step 2
