Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel extension trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Squeeze the fasteners on both sides of the remote compact disc player.

    3. Object Number: 306845 Size: SH
  3. Pull out the remote compact disc player.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the electrical connectors.

    2. Object Number: 306845 Size: SH
  2. Align the fasteners on the remote compact disc player with the slots in the instrument panel extension.
  3. Slide the remote compact disc player into place until the fasteners are fully seated.
  4. Install the instrument panel extension trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Extension Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
