Removal Procedure
  1. Support the door for removal, with an assistant.
  2. Remove the center track cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 324152 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolts (5) from the center roller bracket (2) that attach to the door (3).

    4. Object Number: 324150 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts (3) from the lower roller bracket (2) that attach to the door (1).

    5. Object Number: 324153 Size: SH
  5. Remove the bolts (4) from the upper roller bracket (1) that attach to the door.
  6. Remove the door from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the door to the vehicle with an assistant.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 324153 Size: SH
  2. Install the bolts (4) to the upper roller bracket (1) that attach to the door.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the upper roller bracket bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).


    Object Number: 324150 Size: SH
  3. Install the bolts (3) to the lower roller bracket (2) that attach to the door.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).


    Object Number: 324152 Size: SH
  4. Install the bolts (5) to the center roller bracket (2) that attach to the door.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install the center track cover. Refer to Rear Side Door Center Track Cover Replacement .
