Did you review the power seats circuit description and perform the necessary inspections?

Go to Diagnostic Starting Point

1. Disconnect 2-way power seat connector.
2. Connect one lead of DMM to cavity B to the switch side of the 2-way connector
3. Connect the other lead of the DMM to cavities G and H of the power seat switch connector while activating their respective functions with the power seat switch.

Do both functions indicate continuity?

Replace power seat adjuster switch. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement
