Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1401963 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front seat cushion assembly. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Frame Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the climate control module electrical connectors.
  3. Remove the screw (1) retaining the module bracket to the seat cushion frame.
  4. Remove the bracket and module assembly from the cushion assembly.

    5. Object Number: 1401967 Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws (1) retaining the module (2) to the module bracket (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1401967 Size: SH
  1. Position the module (2) to the bracket (3).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  3. Position the module and bracket assembly to the seat cushion frame.
  4. Install the screws (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  5. Connect the climate control module electrical connector.
  6. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Frame Replacement .
  7. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
