Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2002 🢒 Cavalier 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 2.2L (L61) 🢒 Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the sensor.

    2. Important: The sensor is mounted on a service fitting. Do not discharge the system.

  2. Remove the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor. Discard the O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the new O-ring seal. Refer to O-Ring Replacement .

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the sensor to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connection to the sensor.
