The Park Brake Warning System consists of three main components.
| • | Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) Module |
| • | Park Brake Warning Switch |
| • | Instrument Cluster (I/C) |
Power is supplied to the system from the Gauges Fuse 5 through CKT 39 (PNK) to the DRL Module. The Parking Brake Switch provides ground through CKT 1134 (PPL/WHT) for the DRL Module when the lever is depressed. With the lever depressed, the DRL Module provides power to the I/C panel through CKT (TAN/WHT) to light the indicator light located in the IP Cluster. Ground for the indicator light is provided through CKT 451 (BLK/WHT) to grounds G104 and G103 (Gas).
