Was the instrument panel cluster (IPC) system check performed?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Disconnect the cluster connector and remove the connector combs.
  3. Backprobe (to prevent damage to the terminal) with a test lamp between the LT BLU (14) cavity B1 to ground.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
  5. Turn the left turn signal ON.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Go to Turn Signal Lamps Inoperative

Inspect the turn signal bulb. If the bulb is OK replace the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement
