Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in the Preface section.

1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.



2. Loosen the center studs of the push pins on the air deflector with a flat-bladed screwdriver.
3. Remove the air deflector from the front bumper assembly. Chevrolet is shown, GMC is similar.
4. Remove the fog lamps, if equipped. Refer to Front Fog Lamp Replacement in Lighting.

1. Install the fog lamps, if equipped. Refer to Front Fog Lamp Replacement in Lighting.



2. Position the air deflector onto the front bumper assembly. Chevrolet is shown, GMC is similar.
3. Fasten the connection ends of the pushpins onto the front bumper deflector.
4. Lower the vehicle.
