Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 800412 Size: SH
  1. Remove the lower retainer (2) from the rear panel brace.
  2. Remove the upper retainer (1) from the rear panel brace.
  3. Remove the rear brace from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 800412 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear brace into the vehicle.
  2. Install the rear upper brace retainer (1) into the brace.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the rear lower brace retainer (2) into the brace.
    4. 3.1.  Tighten the fasteners to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
    3.2. For step side box and rear dual wheel fender tighten the fastener to 9 N·m (7 lb ft).
