Removal Procedure
  1. Remove instrument panel (IP) bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    2. Object Number: 536364 Size: SH
  2. Gently lift the switch retaining tabs (1) and remove the traction assist switch (2) from the instrument panel (IP) assembly (3).
  3. Disconnect the harness connector from the traction assist switch.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the harness connector to the traction assist switch.

    2. Object Number: 536364 Size: SH
  2. Install the traction assist switch (2) into the instrument panel (IP) assembly (3), making sure that all of the switch retaining tabs (1) are engaged.
  3. Install instrument panel (IP) bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
