Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1335588 Size: SH
  1. Remove the glow plug control module. Refer to Glow Plug Control Module Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the return line from the return/junction block line.
  3. Remove the fuel return line clips.
  4. Remove the fuel injector return line from the injectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1335588 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel injector return line to the injectors.
  2. Install the fuel return line clips.
  3. Connect the return line to the return/junction block line.
  4. Install the glow plug control module. Refer to Glow Plug Control Module Replacement .
  5. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
  6. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat the above step.
  7. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
