Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2004 🢒 Chevy Suburban - 2WD 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transmission - Allison 🢒 Output Shaft and Output Carrier Assembly Installation

    Object Number: 1216938 Size: SH
  1. Install the output shaft (2) into the output carrier assembly (1).
  2. While holding the output shaft (2), place the output carrier assembly (1) into the top of the output ring gear (3).
  3. Move/rotate the output shaft until the carrier assembly drops into the output ring gear (3).
  4. Gently place the output shaft onto the main shaft (4).
  5. Rotate the carrier assembly until the carrier assembly seats.
