Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Chevy Suburban - 2WD 🢒 Body 🢒 Body Rear End 🢒 Liftgate Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the lift gate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 577905 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the window defogger wiring connectors.
  3. Disconnect the key switch connector.
  4. Disconnect the window ajar switch connector.
  5. Disconnect the wiper module connector.
  6. Disconnect the door lock actuator connector.
  7. Disconnect the door ajar switch connectors.
  8. Remove the wiring harness clips.
  9. Pull back the rubber boot on door side grommet to expose plastic snap ring.
  10. Release the snap ring locks.
  11. Remove the wiring harness from door.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the harness to door.
  2. Engage the snap ring locks.
  3. Push on rubber boot over plastic snap ring connector.

  4. Install the wiring harness clips.
  5. Connect the door ajar switch connectors.
  6. Connect the door lock actuator connector.
  7. Connect the wiper module connector.
  8. Connect the window ajar switch connector.
  9. Connect the key switch connector.
  10. Connect the window defogger wiring connectors.
  11. Install the lift gate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement .
