Notice: In order to avoid actuator damage, DO NOT apply power to the actuator when it is not installed in the HVAC module. Preliminary Procedure Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side . Disconnect the electrical connector from the mode actuator.
1	Mode Actuator Screw - Auxiliary (Qty: 2) Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 2.5 N·m (16 lb in)
2	Mode Actuator - Auxiliary Procedure Re-calibrate the mode actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .

Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
Disconnect the electrical connector from the mode actuator.

Mode Actuator Screw - Auxiliary (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (16 lb in)

Mode Actuator - Auxiliary

Re-calibrate the mode actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .

Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side . Reposition auxiliary HVAC module inward to gain access to the mix door actuator. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mix door actuator.
1	Mix Door Actuator Screws (Qty: 2) Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 2.5 N·m (16 lb in)
2	Auxiliary Mix Door Actuator Procedure Re-calibrate the mode actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .
