Preliminary Procedure Disconnect the charge air cooler outlet pipe from the intake manifold. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement.
1	Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Bolt (Qty: 2) Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Procedure Disconnect the vacuum hoses. Tighten 10 N·m (89 lb in)
2	Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank

Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Tank Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Disconnect the vacuum hoses.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)
