Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1996 🢒 Corvette 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.3L and 5.7L 🢒 Engine Front Cover Removal

    Object Number: 11485 Size: SH
  1. Remove the crankshaft position sensor bolt.
  2. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.

    3. Object Number: 11502 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine front cover bolts.
  4. Remove the engine front cover.
  5. Remove and discard the gasket.
  6. Remove the oil seals from the front cover.
  7. Clean the engine front cover in solvent.
  8. Inspect the following parts:
    9. • The front engine cover for damage to the gasket surface or crankshaft position sensor bore surface
    • The crankshaft position sensor bolt hole threads for damage
