DEFINITION: The wipers do not delay or delay time is wrong.

- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
- Disconnect the wiper washer switch connector C209.
- Set The wiper switch in the DELAY position.
- Using a DMM set to the ohms scale, measure the resistance through
the wiper/washer switch from terminal C of connector C209 to terminal A.
- Move the wiper switch thorough the entire delay range, one notch
at a time.
Is the resistance in the specified range?

| Replace the wiper/washer switch.

- Reconnect the wiper/washer switch connector C209.
- Disconnect the wiper motor connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
- Using a DMM set to the voltage scale, measure the voltage from
terminal E of the wiper motor connector to ground.
Is the voltage in the specified range?
